Myanmar says, the detained opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi will be entitled to vote in the upcoming election, despite earlier statements that she will be barred from voting. On Monday, officials had said Suu Kyi did not appear on the voting list because serving prisoners have no right to vote under Myanmar's 2008 constitution.
