BSP today demanded that the suspension of 25 Congress MPs from the Lok Sabha should be revoked. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party Chief Mayawati said Speaker Sumitra Mahajan should reconsider her decision. She also expressed grief over the loss of lives in the twin rail accidents in Harda District of Madhya Pradesh late last night and demanded a high level investigation.
