<span style="color: #222222;">Suspended API Sachin Vaze has moved the Bombay High Court today challenging his arrest by the National Investigation Agency in connection with the recovery of an explosives laden car found abandoned next to Mukesh Ambani's residence on February 25. He has filed a petition through his brother Sudharm Vaze states, "his brother has been wrongfully arrested without any notice, without providing the copy of the FIR, without explaining the reasons of arrest, without informing him as per the Criminal Procedure Code. The acts by NIA wilfully and intentionally disobey the process of law."</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">An application has also been moved in the city civil and sessions court sought for a CCTV camera in the room where Vaze is interrogated.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier in the day, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) S Chaitanya said, "API Sachin Vaze has been placed under suspension by an order of Additional Commissioner of Police Special Branch".</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Vaze has been remanded to NIA custody till March 25 after being arrested at 11.50pm on March 13 for his "role and involvement in placing explosives laden vehicle near Carmichael Road."</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The SUV car was found with 20 gelatin sticks on February 25 and the police said the car was stolen from Airoli-Mulund Bridge on February 18.</span>
