Suspected 26/11 terrorist Kasab denies all charges

The 26/11 terror attack trail witnessed shocking twist as Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving terrorist of Mumbai attacks, today rejected all his charges against him in the special trial court.<br/><br/>Retracting from his earlier confessions, Kasab said Judge M L Tahaliyani that he was forcibly made to confess. He also said that he had met LeT operative David Headley. He made these statements when the 26/11 special trial Court was recording his statement under Section 313 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).<br/><br/>Earlier, Kasab has made three confessions after his arrest. One was admission of guilt before police soon after his arrest, the other confession was made before a Magistrate which is admissible as evidence and the third one was in the trial court when the accused accepted his guilt partially.
