External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will meet Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Salahuddin Rabbani in a shortwhile from now in New Delhi and hold delegation level talks.<br/><br/>Mr Rabbani arrived yesterday on a three day visit to India. The two leaders will also co-chair the Indo-Afghan strategic partnership council meeting and discuss key bilateral and regional issues. They will make joint press statements after the meeting. <br/><br/>Some agreements are expected to be exchanged after the talks. Mr Rabbani will also call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence this evening.
