Senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj today said she will not file an affidavit in the Supreme Court on the issue of appointment of Chief Vigilance Commissioner P.J. Thomas. She said, with Home Minister P Chidambaram stating that the Palmolein case against P J Thomas was discussed by the CVC selection panel; there is no dispute on the facts with the government.
