External Affairs Minister Sushma Swraj today left for Malta to attend the 24th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, CHOGM Summit. The summit is beginning tomorrow in the South European island nation and will continue upto 29th of this month. The meeting will deliberate on key issues like climate change, global sustainability, terrorism, security, refugee crisis and <br/>economic issues. During the meeting, new Commonwealth Secretary-General will be elected to succeed India's Kamalesh Sharma who is retiring in April next year at the end of his second term.
