Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today alleged that the issue of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is being used as a pretext by the Congress to stop the passage of GST Bill. Mr Jaitley told reporters outside Parliament this afternoon that Congress wants to hurt country's economic growth story. The Minister said, delay in implementation of the GST and continued disruption in parliament will have an adverse impact on India's growth. The Minister said, when most of the political parties want discussion in Parliament, Congress party is making full endeavor to disrupt it. He said, most of the Congress leaders are against disruption in Parliament but their two top leaders want to stall House.
