External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today hit out at Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and asked him who paid for the Indians evacuated from Libya, Iraq and Yemen. In a series of tweets, Mrs Swaraj said, NDA government has evacuated thousands of Indians, as part of duty towards its citizens.<br/><br/>Earlier, Mr Chandy had expressed displeasure with Prime Minister Narendra Modi crediting his own government for the evacuation of 29 Indians from Libya. The Kerala Chief Minister had asserted that it was his government that bore the cost of bringing them back.
