Union Minister of External Affairs General V K Singh has said, surgical strike is mere warning for Pakistan and it should desist from its actions against India. <br/><br/>After unveiling the memorial of first woman martyr of the country Lt Kiran Shekhawat at Karthala village in Mewat distirct of Haryana today, Mr Singh said, those who forget their martyrs can not survive long. <br/><br/>During interaction with media persons on question of possibility of war between India and Pakistan, he said, Indian Army is vigilant and alert and whole country is with Army.
