Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu today inaugurated host of passenger amenities like skywalk, escalator and foot-over bridge at various stations across Mumbai. <br/><br/>Inaugurating the 13 passenger amenities through video conferencing from New Delhi, Mr Prabhu said, Mumbai is the commercial capital and railway is trying its best to provide better passenger amenities at Mumbai Suburban Railway Station. <br/><br/>He said, Indian Railway is working with Maharashtra government to form Joint Venture to initiate various railway projects in the State. <br/><br/>Mr Prabhu said, provision of passenger ammenities is one of the important objective of the Indian Railway both in terms of business ethics as well as social obligation.
