In Uttar Pradesh, trains on Pilibhit -Bhojipura rail section have resumed after change of rail gauge today. Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu flagged off first passenger train on this route through video conference from New Delhi.<br/><br/>Earlier to this meter gauge trains were used to run on the route which was shut down for rail gauge change. Local MP and Union minister for women and child development Maneka Gandhi was present at Pilibhit on the occasion who flagged off the train.<br/><br/>Speaking on this occasion Ms. Gandhi said that one more new direct train from Pilibhit to Delhi on this route will be introduced soon which will be of useful for the people in area.
