The Supreme Court today gave a nod to Green Tax on heavy commercial vehicles entering the national capital. The apex Court said it would pass orders on Monday on a plea seeking levy of pollution compensatory charges on commercial vehicles entering national capital. <br/><br/>A bench of Chief Justice HL Dattu, Justices Arun Mishra and Adarsh Goel said it will keep the National Green Tribunal's order in place for four months on experimental basis to see the impact on ground.
