India today successfully test-fired the super-sonic BrahMos cruise missile from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipore off Odisha coast. The 290-km range missile was test-fired from launch complex number 3 of ITR at 11 this morning. This is part of trials by the Indian defence forces to fine-tune its capability.
