Sunrise India Open Badminton Super Series has begun in New Delhi. The qualifying rounds were played today and the main games will begin from tomorrow. World No. 1 ace Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal is leading the home challenge in the tournament. Carolina Marin of Spain is the second seed while Saina has been accorded the top slot in the women's singles. Kidambi Srikanth, who clinched the Swiss Grand Prix Gold earlier this month has been accorded second seed in men's singles while Denmark's Jan O Jorgensen is the top seed. Besides Parrupalli Kashyap, Anand Panwar, Ajay Jairam, H S Pranay and P C Tulsi will also be taking part in the tournament.
