In Punjab and Union Territory of Chandigarh, summer vacations for primary classes upto 5th class, have been extended by one week. The classes from sixth onwards will start from tomorrow, Monday, after the vacation. In Haryana, the government has decided to extend summer vacations by one week for all the classes. The decision has been due to heat wave.
