Defending champions India defeated Australia 1-0 in their last league match today to enter the final of fifth men's Sultan of Johor Cup junior hockey tournament at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.The all-important goal came in the 42nd minute, when Harmanpreet Singh converted a penalty stroke.At half-time, the teams were goalless.In the title clash on Sunday, India will take on Great Britain who defeated Argentina in their last league fixture on Saturday. India would be defending the title for the third consecutive time this year.Great Britain has remained unbeaten in the tournament so far with three wins and two draws.India tops the table with 12 points from 4 wins and a single loss, that too to Great Britain earlier in the tournament.Sumit Kumar and Harmanpreet Singh with three goals each are the top scorers for India so far.
