In Pakistan, a car bomb explosion in Pakistan's southwestern Quetta city today killed at least five people and critically injured 13 others as hundreds of worshipers headed home after morning prayers to celebrate Eid-ul Fitr. Geo News channel said, the suspected suicide blast took place in a parking area in Balochistan's provincial capital. Police said, it was a suicide blast where the bomber driving a car laden with explosive rammed into this parking area and blew it up. Eyewitnesses said ten to fourteen vehicles in the parking lot were gutted as a result of the blast. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the explosion that took place in Quetta's Gulistan road area.
