In Iraq, four people have been killed and 23 others injured in a suicide bomb attack in the western city of Ramadi. <br/><br/>An interior ministry official said the blast occurred when a woman suicide bomber blew herself up at the entrance to the provincial government building in the city. He said the injured included women and children. <br/><br/>The attack comes amid a surge in violence which in the past weeks has swept across the province of Anbar and its capital Ramadi, shattering a long period of relative calm.<br/>
