In Pakistan, a suicide bomber blew himself in Peshawar today, killing at least four persons and injuring 11 others in the latest in a wave of terrorist attacks across the country. The bomber detonated his suicide jacket when he was stopped by policemen on the busy Mall Road in Peshawar cantonment at around 11 am. A policeman was among the four persons killed while several policemen and women were among the injured. Officials of the bomb disposal squad said the attacker’s jacket was packed with over six kilograms of explosives and ball bearings.
