In Afghanistan, three policemen were killed and two others injured when three suicide bombers attacked a police training center on Thursday. Authorities said the attack took place in Paktia province killilling two local police trainees and a member of the Afghan National Police. It wounded at least two other policemen. Officials said one of the bombers blew himself up, while security forces shot and killed a second bomber before he could set off an explosion. Police were still searching for a third attacker who escaped. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
