Police in Chechnya said, at least seven people, mainly police officers, have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in the capital, Grozny. Eighteen others were injured. Local media reports say, there were two explosions not far from local Parliament building. Police said, a man detonated a bomb when they were trying to detain him. Soon after there was a second explosion.
