Suggestions called on Electronic Delivery of Services Bill

The Standing Committee on Information Technology has invited suggestions from people on the Electronic Delivery of Services Bill, 2011.

The Electronic Delivery of Services Bill that was introduced in the Lok Sabha on December 27th last year, seeks to provide all public services of the Central and State government departments through electronic means. This would ensure transparency, efficiency, accountability, accessibility and reliability in delivery of such services.

Interested people, organisations and other stakeholders can send their views and suggestions in the form of memoranda to the Deputy Secretary (IT), Lok Sabha Secretariat, Room No.315, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi-110001 in a sealed cover. The memoranda can also be e-mailed at comit@sansad.nic.inor faxed at Fax No.011-23015426.
