<br/>In Pune, a Sudanese student injured in the Germany Bakery blast died at a hospital today, taking the death toll in the terror attack to 16. Hospital sources said, 21-year-old Anas Elphat Suleman, a science student of Poona College, passed away at the Jehangir Hospital this morning. Suleman is the fourth foreigner to die in the blast that rocked the popular eatery in Koregaon Park on the 13th of this month. The Pune blast had also claimed the lives of three other foreigners including a 26-year-old Sudanese student Amjad Elgazoli, an Italian woman Nadia Macerini and an Iranian man Sayyed Syed Khani.<br/>
