=The Congress has said that UPA-2 government has successfully completed its three years and expressed hope that the government will complete its full 5 years tenure. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Rashid Alvi said that during the period remarkable progress has been achieved in various sectors. Refering to International Monetry Fund's data, Mr. Alvi said, India has maintained its economic growth.

Replying to a question on Black Money, Mr. Alvi said that India has signed Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement with 82 countries. He also said that the previous NDA government should explain the action taken by it to deal with the menace
