Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that successful completion of first phase of local elections is the victory of the nation. Speaking at function in Rampur today he said that there were apprehensions about elections and holding local polls was a challenge. He accepted the challenge and first phase of local elections was completed successfully. <br/><br/>PM Dahal further said that victory of Nepali Congress, CPN (UML), CPN (MC) and any other party in the election is the victory of Nation, Nepal and people of Nepal and everyone should celebrate it. He said that holding second round of local elections will be more challenging.<br/>
