We can be just successful without values or be unsuccessful with values. People who achieve success without compromising ethics emerge as role models for society, he maintained.<br/><br/>?Dr. Bhagwat said ?that ??Dr. Phadke, a medical practitioner with RSS roots, was instrumental in grooming several surgeons and urologists. He said that ?Dr. Phadke was a team leader and a people's man. In an organisation, if someone else does better than you, there is no ill-feeling. This is unlike in politics.
