BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has alleged that the AAP is a naxalite organization. Talking to newsmen in Guwahati today, Mr. Swamy also asked why Congress President Sonia Gandhi has written to the Tamilnadu Governor seeking mercy for the killers of Rajiv Gandhi. <br/><br/>He said that former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was a nationalist and his killers must be punished. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, in a twitter message, he informed that Guwahati High Court has stayed the order of the Karimganj court's issuance of Non-Bailable Warrant against him. <br/><br/>A court in Karimganj had issued NBW warrant against Mr. Swamy for his alleged comment hurting sentiments of a particular community in Guwahati earlier.
