The Chairman of Essel group and owner of Zee group Subhash Chandra has filed his nomination papers for second seat of Rajya Sabha from Haryana as an independent candidate. BJP and independent MLAs are supporting him. Mr Chandra said that although Indian National Lok Dal is not supporting him, he enjoys the support of its MLAs. The INLD is supporting advocate RK Anand, who also filed his nominations yesterday.
