Mumbai city today woke up remembering the martyrs of the 26/11 historic terrorist attack on its second anniversary. A marathon was organised in which nearly 2000 students took part. Host of Bollywood personalities including John Abraham, Sonu Nigam, Vivek Oberoi and Rajpal Yadav were also present in the event. The marathon which started from Wilson college near Girgaum beach culminated at Oberoi Trident. Family members of the slained cop Hemant Karkare and Tukaram Ombale were also present at the event. Meanwhile, the police and security forces also conducted a parade at Nariman Point. The parade demonstrated the latest resources of Mumbai security forces to fight terror attacks. The quick response Team and Force One which was formed after the 26/11 attacks took part in the parade. Besides the Mumbai Police and its women contingent, NSG Commandoes also took part in the parade.
