<span style="color: #222222;">Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh today said strict law is the only way to deal with corruption in the country. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the government has taken many steps in this direction. Releasing a book on a Crusade against corruption in New Delhi, Mr Harivansh said if strict legislations were brought by the government right after independence, the current scenario regarding corruption would not have existed.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the occasion, former central minister Sompal said the corruption cannot fully be eradicated but it can be minimized. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said the digitalization has reduced the corruption. The chairperson of&nbsp; Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts Ram Bahadur Rai was also present in the event.</span>
