Strengthening of Congress and bringing back to power in Orissa would be Tytler’s priority

Senior Congress leader in-charge of Orissa, Jagdish Tytler, has said that the party would start working on the strategy for the 2014 Assembly election from now. He said the course of action the party needs to take to return to power will be finalised in a few days.Interacting with media persons at Bhubaneswar, Tytler said party nominees would be announced before a year so that they can work in their constituencies. The new Congress incharge also said strengthening of the organisation and bringing the party back to power in Orissa would be his priority. He criticised the BJD government for misuse of Central funds, large-scale corruption and promised to expose it for irregularities in the implementation of different Centre-sponsored projects. During his visit, Tytler made a courtesy call to Assam Governor and former Chief Minister JB Patnaik at Bhubaneswar.
