Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says, strategic partnership with India is one of the top foreign policy priorities of his country. Congratulating President Pratibha Patil on the occasion of 61st Republic Day, Mr.Medvedev said, high dynamism in interaction between the two countries in all the spheres testifies the level and degree of trust in the bilateral relations.<br/><br/>In a separate message to the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Mr. Medvedev noted it was 'highly symbolic' that the 60th anniversary of the Republic of India coincides with the 10th anniversary of the bilateral declaration on strategic partnership signed in 2000. He said, this document became the enduring foundation for the development of multi-plane bilateral ties and elevate them to a qualitatively new level through joint efforts.
