He was speaking at a Press Conference at Council Secretariat in Kargil today.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Referring to his meeting with the Ambassador of India in Iran, Mr Khan said, Council as well as Ladakh Union Territory Administration has requested the Union Government to keep these pilgrims under Quarantine in Ladakh only as the temperature in rest of the country is not suitable for the people.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Paying condolence over the death of two pilgrims, who died in Jodhpur, he said that the remaining pilgrims under Quarantine at Jodhpur along with the two dead bodies have landed in Leh and are reaching Kargil by this evening.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Appreciating the revised&nbsp;Standard Operating Protocol&nbsp;for movement of passengers towards Ladakh, Mr Khan said, this SOP is people-friendly, clear and useful for resolving the issues being faced by the people.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''As the UT Administration has assigned the job of facilitation and monitoring of the evacuation process to LAHDC, Kargil and Leh, the CEC said that LAHDC, Kargil has deputed the Chief Executive Officer of LAHDC, Kargil Baseer Ul Haq Chowdhary as overall in-charge who will coordinate to ease the travel of the passengers.&nbsp;</span><br />
