Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Rural Development, Panchayats and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Mohammad Sagar has said that unnecessary bloodshed and sufferings of the people must come to an end. <br/> <br/>The Minster stressed upon the leadership of both India and Pakistan to resolve the Kashmir issue through serious negotiations and continue the dialogue process. <br/> <br/>Reiterating his stand on autonomy as the best solution to the vexed Kashmir issue, Mr. Sagar said that through autonomy, people of the state will enjoy more power to govern themselves. <br/> <br/>However, he made it clear that if better alternatives to autonomy are put-forth, the same can also be considered. <br/> <br/>Mr. Sagar said that the coalition government has articulated a development strategy to improve the overall development scenario of the state and every endeavour will be made to realize this goal. <br/> <br/>To tackle unemployment problem, Mr. Sagar said that over one lakh unemployed youth would be provided employment within the next five years. <br/> <br/>He said that under the leadership of Mr. Omar Abdullah, the government has filled 29000 non gazetted and 1500 gazetted posts during the past one year. He said that 40000 class IV posts will be filled soon in the state.<br/><br/>
