The stolen pilot vehicle of Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman K Rahman Khan was found abandoned in Rangpura area of New Delhi. <br/> <br/>The vehicle has been seized by police. The vehicle which had a radio tag allowing its entry into Parliament was stolen from the residence of the driver on Monday.<br/>
