In Punjab, stolen goods amounting to one crore seventy three lakhs rupees were returned to its original owners on Saturday by Jalandhar zone police range. The range comprises Kapurthala, Jalandhar rural and Hoshiarpur districts. The goods were returned at a function organised at local police lines.The goods include scooters, motorcycles, laptops, computers, jewelry, trucks and dowry items which were either stolen or accidental case property. These were returned after obtaining orders from the respective courts for the release of goods.
