Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has asked the Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) to be in the forefront in thwarting attempts by terror and Maoists groups against human life and property.
Addressing Probationary Assistant Commandants, who passed out at CISF in Hyderabad today, the Home Minister said the force should continue to strive the acquired higher level of excellence in imparting quality training so that the force is ready to face any eventuality. Stating that the geographical areas where development is lagging are facing internal security challenges, Shinde asked the CISF to step in to provide security, ensuring investment friendly environment.
