In Himachal Pradesh, the state run buses are off the road in the state as the state-wide 24-hour strike of the State Transport Corporation employees' strike began from midnight last night. The private buses are plying in the state but these buses were seen running with heavy rush of passengers. Many passengers were seen stranded at the bus stops in Shimla and other places of the state. Meanwhile the mangement of the State transport corproation has appealed to the employees not to resort to strike and maitain the normal bus services .The Management has also threatened to take stern action against those who are not present for duty.
