In US, the Governor of the southern state of North Carolina has declared a state of emergency following a second night of unrest in Charlotte. Governor Pat McCrory said on Twitter that he has declared a State of Emergency and initiated efforts to deploy the National Guard & Highway Patrol to assist local law enforcement in Charlotte. <br/><br/>Violence has erupted in Charlotte as protests over the police shooting of a black man, turned out of control. Police said, the protests began peacefully but the demonstration was interrupted by gunfire and a man in the crowd was injured. Protesters also threw bottles and fireworks at the Riot police and police fired flash grenades and tear gas to repel the crowds.
