Congress has said the state of economy is in bad shape and the credit growth is in negative.<br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party leader P Chidambardam claimed there is no substantial generation of employment for the youth due to poor capital formation.<br/><br/>On Former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha's remarks, Mr Chidambaram said, Mr Sinha has echoed Congress' views which were expressed by the party leaders in the recent past.
