<span style="color: #222222;">A state level polio immunisation  launching programme held at Naga Hospital Authority Kohima this morning, Principal Director Health and Family Welfare Dr. Vizolie Z Suokhrie administered the first two polio drops to a  child .<br />'' <br />'' Speaking at the launching programme, Dr. Suokhrie said our country has a robust  Public health system and it has fought against the corona pandemic successfully .<br />''<br />''State Immunization Officer, Dr. Ritu Thurr said more than one lakh 50 thousand children are expected to be immunized in 2206 Polio booths, which is manned by 9096 health personnel and 441 supervisors. Special focus has also been given to the migrant population with an aim to prevent importation of Polio cases.</span>
