State government is committed to provide 10 lakh jobs in government departments, says Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

<span style="color: #222222;">Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today said that the State government is committed to providing 10 lakh jobs in government departments and the target will be met in the next one and half years.  Mr. Kumar was addressing a function at the historical Gandhi Maidan in Patna after the distribution of letters of appointment to newly recruited teachers by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).  <br />''</span><br />''The Chief Minister said, the State government is working on mission mode to provide 10 lakh additional job opportunities and half of the target has been achieved by his government. In the statewide programme of distribution of letters of appointment, more than 1 lakh 20 thousand newly recruited teachers got letters. Out of the total number, 48 percent female candidates have been selected.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister added that the atmosphere is changing in the State, in the current exercise of the recruitment process 12 percent are from other states like Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Haryana. Mr. Kumar claimed that one lakh 20 thousand are getting permanent jobs in one go in a single day. It is a record for the country, he added. </span><br />
