In Andhra Pradesh, the Y S R Congress is heading towards a land slide victory in the bye-elections held for Nellore Lok Sabha and 18 Assembly Constituencies.
YSR Congress candidate Rajamohan Reddy is leading by huge margin in Nellore Lok Sabha Constituency.
The party has bagged 8 Assembly seats including, Yemmiganor, Prathipadu, Macharla, Polavaram, Rayachiti, Rayadurgam, Allagadda and Ananthapur-Urban Assembly Constituency while is leading in another 4 Assembly Constituencies.
The ruling Congress has won two seats of- Narsapuram Ramachandrapuram. TRS is in leading in Parkala, the only seat in Telangana region where by-poll was held.

In Maharashtra by poll, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Candidate Parthviraj Sathe has won Kej assembly constituency. He defeated his nearest rival Smt.Sangita Thombare of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) by a margin of 8300 votes.
In Tripura, CPIM candidate has won the Nalcher assembly seat by a margin of 4,777 votes. He defeated his nearest Congress rival.
In West Bengal, ruling Trinamool Congress has retained both the Bankura and Daspur assembly seats in the bye election. The party candidates defeated their nearest CPIM rivals by comfortable margines.
In Tamil Nadu, ruling AIADMK candidate Karthik Thondaiman is leading by over 33 thousand votes in Pudukottai assembly constituency over his nearest rival of DMDK candidate.
In Madhya Pradesh, the ruling BJP’s candidate Rajkumar Mev is leading by a margin of 15 thousand votes over his Congress rival Devendra Sadho in Maheshwar assembly by-election .Seven rounds of counting have been completed.
In Uttar Pradesh Congress Rashtriya Lok Dal- candidate is leading by margin of above 2000 votes in Mat assembly constituency when reports last came in.
