Stanislas Wawrinka has defeated former world number one Roger Federer to bag the Monte Carlo Masters Tennis title. In the all Swiss finals last evening, third seed Wawrinka beat Federer, 4-6, 7-6, 6-2 to win his maiden Monte Carlo title.America's top seeded Bryan brothers, Bob and Mike, won the Doubles trophy, beating the third seeded Croatian-Brazilian team of Ivan Dodig and Marcelo Melo, 6-3, 3-6, 10-8.
