In Madhya Pradesh, eight people were killed and at least four injured in a stampede at Hussain Tekri in Ratlam district last late night.Scores of people had gathered to observe Chehallum ceremony related to martyrs of Karbala there. The district administration has announced an ex-gratia of 10 thousand rupees to the relatives of each deceased.
