The stalemate on 2G issue in Parliament continues with the opposition stalling its proceedings on the 14th day today. Both the Houses have been adjourned till noon after opposition led by the BJP trooped into the wells of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha raising slogans pressing their demand for a JPC probe. The all party meeting convened by the Speaker Mrs. Meira Kumar on Tuesday failed to resolve the deadlock over the issue with both the opposition and the government sticking to their stands. While the opposition made it clear that nothing less than JPC is acceptable to them, the government has rejected the demand saying that it is politically motivated. Except for the opening day of the Winter Session of Parliament hardly any business could be transacted following repeated adjournments over the issue.
