Congress and NCP leaders are still continuing the power sharing talks, bargaining for plump port-folios delaying government formation in Maharashtra, which has its deadline today. Leaders of both the parties had discussions at Chief Minister elect Ashok Chavan's residence but the talks could not reach finality with both the parties remaining steady on their stand. While Congress has agreed to give 20 ministries to NCP and keep 22 with itself, also staking its claim on major port-folios like Home, Finance and Energy, NCP is not ready relent. According to NCP sources Swearing-in can take place only after the differences are settled.<br/>
