In Jharkahand, the state capital is looking uncharacteristically calm today with both Congress and BJP busy discussing strategies but in effect waiting waiting for the others to make the first move. If JMM Chief Shibu Soren waited for a call from the Congress the State BJP top brass went into a day long discussion deciding its course of action in the direction of forming government.
