Stage set for two-day W20 Inception meet in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

<span style="color: #222222;">W20 group under G20 India's Presidency Chairperson Dr. Sandhya Purecha has said that five priority areas, focused by G20 presidency will be discussed in the two days inception meeting, beginning in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar from Monday morning. She said, 'Pursuit of gender equality, equity and dignity for women-led development' is the theme of the Inception Meeting and it envisages discussing, deliberating and developing a cogent strategy to target gender-related issues.  <br />''           <br />''Talking to the media persons at Chatrapati Sambhajinagar, she informed that all delegates are divided into five groups for the discussion on five priorities area. These included Women in Entrepreneurship, Women Leadership at Grassroots, Bridging the Gender Digital Divide, Education and Skill Development and Women and Girls as change-makers in Climate Resilience Action. Dr. Purecha said, after this inception meeting, W20 group will be followed by two other International meets at Jaipur, Rajasthan on 13th-14th April and at the W20 Summit in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu on 15th-16th June.<br />''<br />''Dr. Purecha said, the goal set by the W20 2023 is to ensure continuity of the W20 agenda from the past presidencies. These inclusive consultations and actions will be fed into the W20 Communique and G20 Leaders' Declaration, she said.  W20, 2023 aims to ensure that the W20 communique is representative and comprehensive and will provide solutions to enhance the status of women across the globe, she added.<br />''       <br />''Co -ordinator of the W20 Group Smt. Dharitri Patnaik said that more than 150 delegates from 19 countries and European Union arrived for the participation in the meeting. She said that these delegates are from the G-20 countries, guest countries and some invitees.  <br />''<br />''As the guests arrived in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), they were warmly greeted with garlands, sounds of trumpets and drums and cultural programme by local artists.</span><br />
